Learn how to make Beet Kvass, Kombucha and Mexican Tepache (a fermented pineapple drink). Discover the steps on how to culture these gut friendly drinks at home. This is a hands on and practical workshop. You will have the opportunity to take your cultures and drinks home with you after the workshop to continue to brew, ferment and drink.
