About Us

Co-Head Grower

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced grower to co-lead the growing operations at our vibrant Community Supported Agriculture project. You’ll be part of a fun, motivated and knowledgeable team, committed to organic farming and community involvement. This is a brilliant opportunity to take on a leading role at an established organisation where your ideas and expertise can truly contribute to a better local food system.

This is a year-round position at the heart of our farming team, ideal for someone ready to take ownership of a growing project that includes field-scale, market garden and protected veg production. Working into our Food & Farming Manager and alongside an existing Co-Head Grower and Assistant Grower, you’ll lead on producing crops for our veg box scheme and wholesale customers with the support of more than 2,000 local people each year. You will play a central role in ensuring our practices are both commercially productive and community-focused, with plenty of opportunity to innovate and enhance our practices, too.
