The Community Farm is a 14-acre organic horticultural farm with both field-scale and market garden growing systems and five polytunnels. We grow a wide range of organic vegetables for our home-delivery veg box scheme and our wholesale customers.
We’re looking for our 2026 seasonal growers, with a passion for agroecological farming, local food, and community businesses, to work alongside our brilliant team of growers at our vibrant Community Supported Agriculture project. You’ll be part of a fun, motivated and knowledgeable team, committed to organic farming and community involvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience at an established organisation where your work can truly contribute to a better local food system.
As our seasonal grower you will work as part of the land-based team at The Community Farm on all horticultural tasks including harvesting, packing, planting, weeding and seed sowing during the busiest months of the growing season.
This is a part-time, temporary position working 16 hours a week on-site at The Community Farm.
Pay: £13.45 per hour
