Get Involved
Our AGM is a wonderful opportunity for us to get together and share an overview of life on The Farm.
The Community Farm is governed by a board of voluntary directors who give their time and expertise to help manage The Farm and steer its future development.
We will be holding the AGM in the library at Chew Valley Secondary School. We request that, where possible, members vote prior to the event, even if you plan on attending.
The meeting will start at 5.30pm (informal joining and chat) for 6pm start, formal finish at 8pm.

A member of The Farm who cannot attend in person is entitled to appoint a proxy or vote online in advance of the meeting. Online voting must be submitted by 5pm on Monday 10th November 2025. You can vote here.
