Here at the farm we are inviting people to donate a fruit tree on behalf of a friend or family member this Christmas to help us develop our community owned Forest Garden. The recipient would come and plant the tree (we will be arranging a saturday in Febuary 2014) and they will be notified to come and help with the harvest when the fruit is ready (and of course they’re more than welcome to come and tend to it throughout the year!).
We have 6 fruit tree varieties that we are looking to plant in our Forest Garden. All of these trees are 1 year maidens, are organic and native to the UK.
