Last year, we began a programme with the Soil Association offering year-long organic traineeships.
Nearing the end of the programme last year, two of our five trainees agreed to be filmed and talk about their experiences in this video.
The organic traineeships provide an opportunity for people to learn new skills for the horticultural industry, (where there is currently a big skills gap) and learn new skills to help them back into employment.Well done everyone involved in this fantastic project, not least our enthusiastic organic trainees!
