Christmas Cheese Selection

If you are out to impress your guests this Christmas, this thoughtfully selected cheese board will be the perfect accompaniment to any festive gathering. Portioned to serve four people.

Boy Laity Camembert

Crafted by Curds & Croust in Cornwall using fresh local organic milk, this artisan Camembert is traditionally ripened to develop its signature character. Boy Laity has earned recognition across the cheese world, picking up awards at the British Cheese Awards, World Cheese Awards, and Artisan Cheese Awards. Expect a rich, earthy aroma with subtle mushroom notes. Inside, the cheese is luxuriously creamy with a soft, buttery texture and a beautifully gooey centre – everything you’d hope for in a top-notch Camembert. Made from pasteurised organic cow’s milk and traditional animal rennet. (165g)

Cropwell Bishop Stilton

A traditional blue Stilton made in small batches by the Skailes family in Nottinghamshire. Smooth and buttery with a slightly peppery and strong, bluey finish. Made from pasteurised organic cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet. (200g)

Bruton Beauty

No cheeseboard is complete without a lovely bit of cheddar, and this smooth, rich, and irresistibly moreish, organic vintage from Godminster is a standout addition. Aged for up to 12 months, it develops a deep, rounded flavour and velvety texture. Only the finest batches are chosen to be hand-wrapped into their signature truckles – a true celebration of modern British cheesemaking. Made from pasteurised organic cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet. (200g)

Driftwood *

This award-winning Somerset goat’s cheese from White Lake is pleasingly creamy and silky soft in texture. A light ash covering and geotrichum rind adds a distinctful twang. Subtle mushroomy undertones with notes of citrus that lingers on the tongue. Made from unpasteurised goat’s milk and traditional animal rennet. (215g)

* Please note, this cheese is not organically certified but has been made by a local, small-scale producer who shares our values.
