The Community Fund
Donate to The Farm's Community Fund and help us share the joy of better food.
Your donation will be used to supply organic, nutritious food to frontline food charities who support people experiencing homelessness and mental ill health, as well as families and elderly people at risk of food insecurity.
Donations also help us open the farm gates to more than 3,000 people every year, including refugees and asylum seekers; people with mental ill health; and local school children.

The leaves of agretti look like chives, they have a succulent texture which gives a nice crunch when eaten raw. They have a salty, mineral, slightly lemony flavour. Agretti can be eaten raw or boiled/steamed and eaten as a leafy vegetable. They are only around for a short while and are considered a delicacy in Italy.
