Lakeside Wellbeing

New 6 week course runs on Mondays from 19th February, 10am-3pm or you can sign up to the course which runs on Thursdays from 2nd May.

Run by our longstanding wellbeing partner, Ecowild, this six-week course will support your physical and mental health through nourishing wellbeing practices in a beautiful setting.

To find out more about Ecowild read this blog post by course leader Emily Malik.

The morning will involve nature connection, active practice such as a walk, gentle stretching, and mindfulness practice. There will be some group reflection time, speaking is optional.

We will have an hour for lunch (bring your own packed lunch).

The afternoon will be for creative practice, including a variety of nature crafts and further opportunity for reflection together.

Dress warmly, we will have a roundhouse for shelter but will spend much of the day outside. Hats and gloves recommended for standing on the hill taking in the views comfortably.
