Weston-Super-Mare residents can purchase their organic produce, fresh from the fields, as The Community Farm announces plans to deliver in the area.

Famous for its magnificent pier, golden sands and beautiful parks, the Somerset seaside resort can soon celebrate another attraction - the arrival of The Farm's award-winning organic veg and fruit box range, delivered direct to the door.

Tasty, ethical, organic
Much of the fruit and veg comes fresh from The Farm's 15-acre plot, overlooking Chew Valley Lake, or from their network of like-minded, local farmers and producers, all approved by The Soil Association.

Dairy products such as milk, eggs and cheese are also available from The Farm, plus store-cupboard staples including rice, flour and tinned tomatoes. Bird seed, beeswax wraps, flapjacks, fruit juice and jams are just some of the other extras on offer online.

Weston customers can buy their groceries for the week, safe in the knowledge everything purchased from The Community Farm is 100% organic, ethically sourced and packed with taste.

And because The Farm is a social enterprise - owned by the community, for the community - any profit from produce sold helps provide hands-on experiences for local children, adults and vulnerable people.

A farm first
Managing Director at The Community Farm, Ped Asgarian, said: "Weston is a first for The Farm, but we know the demand is there.

"There's a vibrant, organic scene in the town. People are principled and passionate about fresh, healthy food. That's why we're delighted to now be in a position to expand our business and deliver our products to the area.
