Local, organic, climate-friendly food... delivered to your door!
The Community Farm is a not-for-proft, organic farm that delivers nourishing food across the local area.
We aim to grow community as much as we grow food. Every year we welcome over 1,500 people for wellbeing courses, social events and volunteering sessions on our beautiful land overlooking Chew Valley Lake, just south of Bristol.
If you live in Bristol and have limited access to fresh fruit and veg, you may be elligible for 50% off your order through our Go Organic scheme. Click here to find out more.
Do we deliver to you?
We deliver to Bristol, Bath, Chew Valley, Weston-Super-Mare, Frome and plenty of places in-between!
Therapeutic mindfulness, movement and creativity day.
Come for a day of guided nature immersion, mindfulness and movement, reflection and creativity. You may have been on a Lakeside Wellbeing course in the past, or are considering registering for one in the future. This is a chance to revisit or try out the wonderful rhythm of a day of Lakeside Wellbeing.
Run by our longstanding wellbeing partner, Ecowild, this day will support your physical and mental health through nourishing wellbeing practices in a beautiful setting.
To find out more about Ecowild read this blog post by course leader Emily Malik.
The morning will involve nature connection, active practice such as a walk, gentle stretching, and mindfulness practice. There will be some group reflection time, speaking is optional.
We will have an hour for lunch (bring your own packed lunch).
The afternoon will be for creative practice, including a variety of nature crafts and further opportunity for reflection together.
Dress warmly, we will have a roundhouse for shelter but will spend much of the day outside. Hats and gloves recommended for standing on the hill taking in the views comfortably.
EcoWild also offer a range of wellbeing courses elsewhere which you can book on their website.
