New customer feedback tool

We’re introducing a brand new way for you to give us feedback about our organic box delivery service. It’s called Reactn.

You can use Reactn to raise a specific concern about your box delivery, or simply to give us your views on the box scheme.

 

If you wish you can submit your response anonymously. You can even add photos and images to illustrate your point.

This is not a one-off survey but a way in which we can continually respond to your feedback.

You can use Reactn to give us your views whenever it is convenient to you and as often as you want.

With regular input from our customers, we will be able to:

• Focus on the areas we need to improve
• Put things right when things go wrong
• Do more of what we’re getting right

Giving your feedback via Reactn

Choose oneof the following options to access Reactn:

• Click on the feedback button on the Organic Box pages of our website (see illustration).
• Go to https://reactn.com
• Use the Reactn app, available on Apple or Android devices

You may need to enter the code TCFarm to access The Community Farm’s feedback questionnaire.

Getting things right

We aim to provide you with food you can feel good about – excellent quality produce with a delivery service to match.

Based on the feedback we received via our previous customer survey, we have:

• Reviewed the sources of our produce to improve quality
• Established quality control procedures
• Introduced new delivery boxes to reduce damage in transit
• Launched a new online ordering system
