Raw cauliflower korma

If you can make this in advance, it will help develop the flavours but essentially this is a really easy recipe if you have a blender.
- Start by making the sauce by putting one tin of coconut milk in a blender with the ground almonds, the stoned dates, diced carrots, onion, one clove of garlic, curry powder, turmeric, ground cumin, a pinch of dried chilli and blend until you get a smooth sauce.
- Break off the cauliflower florets and place in a large bowl with a handful of sultanas.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and set aside to marinade before serving with rice and fresh coriander
