Welcome to The Community Farm. We are an organic, not-for-profit farm overlooking the beautiful Chew Valley Lake, near Bristol and Bath.

We are all about food that nourishes you, your community and your environment. Organic food, grown and shared with local hands and hearts. Join us on the farm for events, courses and volunteering and get local, organic food delivered right to your door.

We’re very happy to announce that The Farm is once again open to volunteering and other community activities and events! 

We’re really excited to see you on our land once again. We’ve missed you! Welcome back.

Regular volunteering programme

New and returning volunteers are welcome to get stuck in through our regular volunteering programme (currently meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Wildlife Group volunteering sessions

Our Wildlife Group is also running volunteering sessions on Thursdays.

Community Farmer Days

And our much-loved, family-friendly, Community Farmer Days will be running on the following Saturdays throughout the growing season:

Please note that things here aren’t completely “back to normal”. Keeping everyone on The Farm safe is paramount and we’ve put a lot of work into developing a COVID-specific health and safety protocol that must be followed on-site at all times. This is outlined in the Volunteer Handbook and Health and Safety documents above.
