Come and SHare the joy of better food with us.
Welcome to The Community Farm. We are an organic, not-for-profit farm overlooking the beautiful Chew Valley Lake, near Bristol and Bath.
We are all about food that nourishes you, your community and your environment. Organic food, grown and shared with local hands and hearts. Join us on the farm for events, courses and volunteering and get local, organic food delivered right to your door.
Do we deliver to you?
We deliver to Bristol, Bath, Chew Valley, Weston-Super-Mare, Frome and plenty of places in-between!
Wassail
As the earth begins to come out of its winter slumber come and wake up the apple trees at The Community Farm!
Come and gather around the fire, to toast and bless the orchard trees, and learn traditional Wassail songs with folk singer-songwriter Susanna Waters (no talent or experience necessary, just enthusiasm!). You'll also have the opportunity to make yourself a fabulous Wassail crown and shaker to take home and our wildlife won't be forgotten as we make fat balls to hang off our trees for our birds to enjoy!
Our bar will be selling local ciders, organic apple juice (using apples from our trees!), hot drinks and seasonal sustenance from our field designed by local food wizards Wild Thyme Kitchen, so make sure you come hungry!
*Please note that this is an outdoor event so if the weather is not on our side, and we have to cancel, you will of course receive a full refund (we will notify you of this 2 days before the event date).
